  15. Allocation of an RMA number by Lumio Inc does not and shall not be used to indicate that warranty applies to the returned item(s). Proof of purchase i.e. a copy of the invoice is necessary in order to provide any service. The RMA number is valid for only 30 days from the date issued. A new RMA number is required if period exceeds 30 days. The RMA number is valid only for items originally listed in the request forms. The items are tested only for the problems listed in the RMA form, so please describe the problem clearly. Please be sure to include all accessories including software and hardware in its original condition/packing. Please print the RMA number legibly on top of the package. Package without RMA number will not be accepted. All shortcomings, discrepancies, short-shipment etc. should be brought to the notice of Lumio Inc within a period of 2 days from the date of the receipt; Lumio Inc will not be responsible, or liable thereafter in respect of this RMA.

    Customer shall prepay freight and be responsible for all risks or loss or damage to any system returned to Lumio Inc due to an alleged defect or nonconformity during the period such system is in transit to Lumio. Lumio Inc shall return such repaired or replaced systems to the address provided on your RMA authorization form, using surface/ground return freight only. Lumio Inc shall not be responsible for damage during shipment. We recommend that you insure the shipment. Warranty for replaced or repaired systems shall only continue for the unexpired portion of the original warranty period (if any).

    “Dead on Arrival” must be reported within 72 hours of receipt. Any physical damage or re-work done to the product or defacing labels on parts & components voids warranty.
